WHO CAN DO YOGA
Any age group or fitness level. Chat to Susan or Claudia before your first class if you have an injury.

WHAT IS HATHA YOGA?
Moving meditation that focuses on obtaining mind-centred awareness through connection to the breath, using a series of Asanas or postures. With regular practice you learn to train the mind and body to reach a greater state of relaxation.

WHAT IS ASHTANGA YOGA?
Ashtanga Yoga is what Claudia calls Warrior Yoga that focuses on strengthening and stabilising your physical self so that you can go deeper mentally and spiritually.

Asanas (postures)
Sound and chanting
Pranayama – Breath techniques – to open and clear the energy centres
